Toni Garrn Foundation raises money and invests in local organizations and the development of girls and their communities.

They do this work through resource mobilization, advocacy and partnering with community based change makers- always focused on education. Currently they are fundraising for projects in four African countries; Burundi, Zimbabwe, Ghana and Rwanda. Each project empowering girls and women whether it be early childhood development, healthcare facilities or school dormitories, the Toni Garrn Foundation believe that given the chance, girls can change the world.

We can all be a part of eradicating slavery on macro and micro levels. The realization that none of us is free if one person on this planet is enslaved is a hard reality for many of us to face.  Educating ourselves on the issue and global statistics and consciously buying products that do no harm and leave no slavery footprint are an amazing start for anyone wanting to join the abolitionist movement.

Beauty for Freedom was founded on the tenants of empowering through the arts, education and relationships of learning guided by survivor advocates and they look forward to evolving and growing in their advocacy and supporting more survivors globally through their programming.

UN Women focuses on strengthening the voice of women and girls while removing the structural barriers to gender equality and women’s empowerment. By investing in women and girls it allows them to be solution makers and agents for change.

Funding UN Women’s activities is one of the most effective ways to help women and girls to create a better future. This is why we joined the Metro NY chapter of the US National Committee, a 501c3 organization that solely supports the work of UN Women for gender equality and the empowerment of women.
